Working with public and private sectors partners to deliver improved infrastructure, creating resilient and sustainable places towards a net zero carbon economy
Our structure
The Construction Leadership Forum (CLF) was established in 2019 and works with representatives from many different public and private sector organisations with the focus of creating a more sustainable, productive, innovative, and diverse construction industry in Scotland.
It is chaired by Richard Lochhead, Minister for Business and supported by members drawn from the public and private sectors which oversee the Transformation Action Plan.
